Our Nature

Mr. Wyatt is an experienced senior executive with 34 years of proven success in the implementation of power systems, power plants, and electrical infrastructure assets. He has provided leadership, strategic oversight, and direction for newly acquired or constructed power plants, as well as large portfolios of generation assets.

In addition, he co-founded a $50 million private-equity-funded renewable fuels enterprise and has provided development expertise to win utility-scale solar generation projects, acquire conventional generation assets, and build several public schools on the island of Guam.

With a broad background spanning both the traditional and renewable energy worlds, developing, operating, and managing power plants and transmission systems in the U.S. and abroad, Mr. Wyatt is now focused on fast-tracking our defense infrastructure development in the greater Oceania theater of operations—Northern Marianas Islands (Guam/Saipan/Tinian), US Marshall Islands, Wake Island, Australia, and the Carolines—and improving our energy supply chain for our federal government institutions. He is focused on supplying rapidly deployable construction assets, expert contract management skills, and materials to include all quarry products to both the Dept. of Defense directly and to its prime contractors.

Mr. Wyatt holds undergraduate degrees in nuclear engineering technology and management and an MBA with a supply chain concentration from Syracuse University. He is a United States Navy veteran and a graduate of the United States Navy Nuclear Power School.
